I&I Organizers LLC, established in 2023, provides a range of organizing services to clients in San Diego County and around the world. Their offerings include in-person organizing for homes and businesses, as well as personalized lessons and life coaching.

Jing Imamrua, the founder and CEO, envisioned leveraging her background in management consulting to benefit her clients. Before starting her own professional organizing company, Jing gained extensive experience working with renowned management consulting firms in both Japan and the U.S. During this time, she assisted Fortune 500 clients in optimizing inventory management and supply chain processes.

Jing spent her childhood in China and Japan, followed by her college education in the U.S. (where she earned her MBA from the University of San Diego). This unique experience shaped her diverse perspective. Relocating and starting a family prompted her to recognize that her skills could be effectively applied to organizing and efficiently managing households and businesses.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Jing is deeply committed to mental health awareness. She dedicates countless hours to studying organizational issues related to conditions such as ADHD and hoarding disorders. Her clients appreciate her compassionate, patient, and non-judgmental approach.

Jing’s qualifications include completing a rigorous certification program through the Chinese Association of Professional Organizers (CAPO), earning her status as a certified professional organizer. Additionally, she is an active member of the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals (NAPO) at both the national and San Diego chapter levels.

When she’s not immersed in organizing, Jing enjoys travel, hiking, kayaking, and spending quality time with her family and her beloved dog, Oreo.

Certifications include Chinese Association of Professional Organizers. 

Jing is also a member of the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals (NAPO) at both the national and San Diego chapter levels.
